Mosaic Outage: Friday July 17 – Monday July 20
For all McMaster faculty and staff
Please be advised the Mosaic HR and Finance systems will be unavailable from Friday, July 17 at 5:00 p.m. to Monday, July 20 at 8:00 a.m. due to a system update.
This service interruption will impact users accessing HR and Finance specific functionality in Mosaic (e.g. Pay Statements, Travel & Expenses). This update will not affect student facing functionality such as Student Enrollment. Mosaic HR and Finance systems are expected to be fully operational by 8:00 a.m. on Monday July 20.
Please contact University Technology Services (UTS) at uts@mcmaster.ca if you experience any issues beyond this timeframe.
What should I expect after the Mosaic HR and Finance update?
This is the second in a series of Mosaic system updates to be made this summer. Users should not expect any major changes to Mosaic functionality but may notice small adjustments in fonts and design. Please note that some Mosaic functionality will be limited until scheduled updates are completed to Mosaic Finance, Human Resources, and Campus Solutions in Summer 2020. These limitations are outlined in this document: Mosaic Update – Known Issues.
