Goal: Let an Approver Know Who Has Submitted a Journal Entry in the Notification Email
What has changed?
When a user receives an email notification that they have a journal to approve, the user ID of the person who submitted the journal will also be shown.
This small value-added improvement was suggested by end users.
Goal: Streamline the Direct-Journal Deposit Process
What has changed?
Removing the budget checking requirement for direct-journal deposits. The budget check icon remains available, but users will not be required to click it to complete the deposit. Automation will allow the budget check step to be completed by a system batch process three times daily
