Our professional HR Partnership team members and hubs report jointly to and are located within their faculty or department. They provide expert advice and counsel to leaders, managers and employees while identifying and leading strategic people and culture priorities. They regularly liaise with HR Operations to provide input to new initiatives, ongoing enhancements and ensure integrated HR service delivery; and with our HR Centres of Expertise to design and implement customized plans, programs and initiatives for their faculty or department.
