August 2022: Mosaic Rapid Release

Goal: Updates to HR Strategic Reporting Hub – Aug 2022
What has changed: Based on great feedback from end users, the HR Strategic Reporting Hub has been expanded to include new reports aimed at improving efficiency within Human Resources Services.
Anything else I Need to Know: A new report has been created, which calculates SUB entitlements for employees beginning their pregnancy or parental leave of absence. This report will replace 14 different spreadsheets for 13 different employee groups entitled to SUB benefits for pregnancy/parental leaves. This report will also be used to populate key fields in the leave of absence letters created at the start of the leave.
Goal: Enable direct links to Data Cookbook summaries from within mosaic – a Mosaic First!
What has Changed: We have provided an efficient way to allow Data Cookbook summaries to be presented within Navigation Collections without sacrificing the existing user experience — the first time this has been accomplished in Mosaic!
Anything Else I Need to Know: We plan to enable this functionality for Finance and Campus Solutions in future Release(s).
Goal: Create query of student courses with instructor info by term
What has Changed: New query helps with student requests for special consideration rather than consulting several Mosaic screens.
Anything Else I Need to Know: Data is all in one place.
Goal: Create new view for ItemTypes (awards) for Aid and Awards
What has Changed: New view contains all the data for ItemType configuration in one place.
Anything Else I Need to Know: Creating new queries is easier and faster.
Goal: Create new view for student program/plan for Aid and Awards
What has Changed: New view contains all the appropriate program and plan data for a student.
Anything Else I Need to Know: Creating new queries is easier and faster.
