Having a healthy body means we are able to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress. The ability to recognize that our behaviours have a significant impact on our wellness and adopting healthful habits (routine check ups, a balanced diet, exercise, sleep, etc.) while avoiding destructive habits (tobacco, drugs, alcohol, etc.) will lead to optimal physical well being.

The Health Risk Assessment is comprehensive – allowing you to identify your health and wellness barriers and helping you to get back to being your best. The HRA looks at four specific dimensions of wellness: work-life balance, anxiety, depression, and stress. The interface provides you with an easy way to access year-to-year comparisons and a more complete snapshot of your overall health status. It is a screening tool designed to be used in consultation with your health professional.

The summary results you receive are not a health diagnosis, but a screening of your health and wellness, to help you identify your risk factors.
