Vaccination Information and Education Training

A contractor who is not fully vaccinated may not attend a McMaster location until you either become fully vaccinated or receive an exemption from the University on the basis of a substantiated human rights ground.

Apply for a COVID-19 vaccination exemption from the University on the basis of a substantiated human rights ground from McMaster by emailing vacc@mcmaster.ca. Those with approved exemptions will need to complete the Vaccination Information and Education training found below.

Contractor Vaccination Information and Education Training and Acknowledgement

As outlined in the Vaccination Policy – COVID-19 Requirements for Visitors, contractors who are not fully vaccinated and have received an approved exemption must complete the University’s educational training (Vaccination Information and Education training) to comply with the requirements set by the Chief Medical Officer of Health.

Contractors are to complete the training and acknowledgement located below.
