Faculty and staff must pre-register for a workout timeslot. There is no limit to the number of timeslots participants can register for. You are welcome to sign up for all of the sessions you are available for at once, or register each time before you attend.

If you have to cancel, we kindly ask you do so as soon as possible by emailing wellbeing@mcmaster.ca so we can open up the timeslot for another person.

The Pulse at PACE program is generously sponsored by Sun Life, McMaster’s benefit provider and there is no cost for faculty or staff to participate.

The Pulse at PACE program is open to all full and part-time faculty and staff. Participants are asked to register in advance and provide their employee ID card to the front desk staff prior to beginning their workout.

Athletics & Recreation staff will offer an ‘Intro to the Program’ session and will be available to provide a tour of the facility, show participants how to use equipment, and answer any questions you may have about the facility, equipment, and exercises.

PACE staff will be available to assist you and answer questions at any session you book.

All faculty and staff participating in the Pulse at PACE program will have access to change facilities located on the first floor of the Ivor Wynne Centre. While lockers are available, employees must provide their own lock and are responsible for their own possessions.
