MacMoves Week

SEPTEMBER 15 – 19, 2025

MacMoves is a campus-wide initiative designed to inspire and support movement for all members of the McMaster community – including staff, faculty, students, and alumni.  Aligned with McMaster’s broader vision of creating a healthier, more connected campus, MacMoves encourages us all to move more, sit less, and support one another in building sustainable habits that enhance our physical and mental well-being.

Did you participate in a MacMoves Week activity?  We want to hear from you!  Please provide your feedback through this survey.
