The Full Swing Golf Simulator is located inside the David Braley Athletic Centre and is available for both members and non-members to book. It features high-speed cameras and infrared tracking for accurate ball and club data, with access to 50 real-world golf courses. In addition to golf, users can play a variety of arcade-style games including soccer, basketball, football, baseball, cricket, rugby, lacrosse, bocce, zombie dodgeball, and more.

The expertly-developed Eating for Health Program is self-paced, personalized and interactive.
This program is ideal for self-motivated individuals that enjoy reading, learning at their own pace, and are comfortable in the online environment.
The program is available in English and French. Programs are accessible anytime, anywhere via the Internet. After you register, you will have three month access to the program.
To access the program, login to the Telus Health platform and navigate to the CareNow program for Eating for Health.
Consult with a registered dietitian through Telus Health to discuss your dietary questions or concerns.
Phone consultation is available with a dietitian through Telus Health for employees with extended health benefits.
Whether you have questions regarding specialized diets for a medical condition, are looking for tips or ideas for healthy eating, or are interested in working with a dietitian to change your eating habits, the dietitian will work with you to address your specific concerns or questions.
