This fall, the Office of Alumni Engagement is once again offering weekly online yoga. Jackee DeSimone will provide weekly online relaxing yoga sessions to help you take a midday break. Jackee has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years and her 30 minute sessions of gentle stretching will help the body and the mind.
When: The fall series will start September 16 and run to December 16. Join every Tuesday at 12:15 pm for a 30 minute yoga class on Zoom or on Thursdays at 12:15 pm for an encore (recorded) performance. Come to as many or as few sessions as your schedule allows.
Where: Sessions will take place on Zoom. Once you register, you will receive a link to the classes before they begin each week.
Cost: This series is pay-what-you-can and the suggested amount is $2-$5 per class. If you chose to send payment, this goes directly to Jackee, the instructor.
