We will cover types of boundaries, how you know when they have been crossed, and we’ll work through tips and exercises to help empower you to build healthy work boundaries.This session will be hosted on Zoom by Christine Costa.

About Christine Costa
Christine is a seasoned Human Resources professional, Organizational Development consultant and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in various roles and industries (including financial services, technology, and higher education). She holds an MBA from McMaster University and is passionate about continuous learning. She has spent her career coaching leaders and teams to help them reach their full potential. Christine is currently an entrepreneur and owner of “Christine Connects”, a professional training and facilitation practise that helps people create connections with their teams, themselves, and their environment. Her mission is to provide services that foster inclusion, connection, and belonging in the workplace.
Christine has been a facilitator/teacher at both the high school and university levels and is currently an instructor with McMaster Continuing Education and part-time faculty member with Conestoga College.
