McMaster leaders are invited to express interest in an upcoming June cohort of Dare to Lead™, a highly regarded leadership development program offered by Human Resources Services.
Following strong engagement and positive feedback from last year’s pilot, this research‑based, practice‑focused program returns to support leaders in strengthening courageous leadership. Grounded in the work of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is a transformational, four‑week, in‑person experience focused on four teachable skill sets:
- Embracing vulnerability
- Living into values
- Building trust
- Rising through setbacks
Participants deepen self‑awareness, build confidence navigating tough conversations, and develop skills to foster resilient, connected teams. Those who complete the program earn a Dare to Lead™ Trained certificate and LinkedIn badge.
