Konstantin Tiskhay, VP Organizational Effectiveness at Top Hat
Konstantin Tskhay is a VP, Organizational Effectiveness at Top Hat, an education technology scale-up. Konstantin focuses on data-driven decision-making, building programs to fuel retention, performance, and engagement. Before Top Hat, Konstantin worked at Deloitte as a management consultant, where he helped his clients understand how to improve their Talent Management and Leadership bench strength with data. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Social Psychology from the University of Toronto and is an avid writer in People Analytics.
You probably have heard about people analytics. It’s all over the HR news these days. But what exactly is People Analytics, and why should you care? In his talk, Konstantin will provide an overview of People Analytics as a field and how it can be practiced in different areas of HR, from simple things (that you probably already do) to more complex things that the field is currently excited about. He will also talk about how to get started in People Analytics and why it is essential for HR professionals of the future.
Richard Skippon, Partner, People Advisory Services, Ernst & Young LLP
Richard Skippon is a Partner at EY and leads the Workforce Advisory Practice in Canada. Over his 25-year career he has held HR leadership roles in both industry and professional services organizations. As part of his practice at EY, he supports clients in achieving business outcomes through effective alignment of their organizations’ and people. Key areas of focus for the practice include the evolution of talent in response to digital transformation, change management, culture, human resources strategy, and organization structure design.
Reimagining work – implications for talent strategy in a dynamic post pandemic labour market
This session will provide an overview of global workforce trends post pandemic from an employee and employer point of view using data collected through EY’s Work reimagined survey. The talent implications of these trends will be examined considering the role of hybrid work, strategic deployment of existing talent and changes to the employee value proposition.
