Meeting Point: McMaster University, Millers Grove, North of Les Prince Hall.
What to Expect:
- A gentle walk through natural trails
- Mindful moments and fresh air
- A chance to de-stress and connect with colleagues
What to bring and wear:
- Comfortable, closed-toe, durable winter shoes. Please ensure that your footwear is appropriate for winter hiking conditions
- Ensure you wear clothing that will keep you warm, such as a winter coat, gloves, hat, scarf etc.
