An informal conversation + guided strength‑training workshop led by Lee‑Anne Wilson, an experienced fitness coach and long‑time group fitness instructor passionate about women’s health and movement in midlife. A focus on foundational strength, including safe lifting techniques, functional movement patterns, and strategies to support strength through midlife and beyond.
A supportive learning environment—best suited for beginners and intermediate participants interested in developing proper form, technique, and movement confidence.
