Take a midday break with us and enjoy the benefits of gentle movement. Join us on Tuesday, September 16 at 12:15 p.m. for a 30 minute yoga class on Zoom.
If you enjoy the session and want more, join us again next Tuesday… or come to as many or as few weekly sessions as your schedule allows. This series is pay-what-you-can for each class and will run from September 16 – December 16. Weekly sessions are not cumulative, but they are designed to help you spend 30 minutes in gentle movement.
