Looking to add some mindfulness meditation to your weekly routine in 2025? Mindfulness is back for the new year!
Join the McMaster mindfulness community and take a break on Fridays for a short 10-15 minute guided meditation with McMaster graduate and mindfulness facilitator, Shrey Vazir ’15.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or a seasoned meditator, Shrey will help guide you through various meditations and help you implement a mindfulness practice into your life. A Q&A will follow these short sessions. Attend as many or as few as your schedule permits. Sessions run on Fridays at 12:15 pm from January 24 to March 28.
