New Manager Orientation Program
The McMaster New Manager Orientation (NMO) Program is designed to be an interactive learning experience for new people managers.
Committed to the cultivation of human potential, this McMaster specific program provides the opportunity to meet other new people managers from across the university, to understand people management at McMaster, to discuss common people management questions and reflect on your own people leadership journey.
