With the arrival of the fall season, McMaster Alumni has organized Fall Online Yoga again this year! Jackee DeSimone will once again be providing weekly online relaxing yoga sessions to help you take a midday break.
Jackee has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years and her 30 minute sessions of gentle stretching will help move the body and focus the mind.
Join in every Tuesday at 12:15 pm for a 30 minute yoga class on Zoom or on Thursdays at 12:15 pm for an encore performance.
Come to as many or as few sessions as your schedule allows. This series is pay-what-you-can and the suggested amount is $2-$5 per class.
The fall series will start September 17 and run to December 17. Weekly sessions are not cumulative but are built to help you spend 30 minutes in gentle movement a few times a week.
NEW THIS SESSION:
Want a weekly yoga session but can’t always make Tuesdays? Want to engage in Jackee’s yoga session twice a week?.
This fall there will be an encore performance of Tuesday’s sessions available as a recording on Thursday at 12:15 pm. Each Thursday at 12:15 pm, registrants will get an email with a link to Tuesday’s recording that will be available for 24 hours.
