The Healthy Workplace Committee & The David Braley Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre are pleased to invite McMaster employees to a special wellness event. Take a break from your busy day and treat yourself to a moment of calm. Join us for a rejuvenating experience featuring:

– Mini Mobile Massages: Enjoy a quick, soothing massage from certified professionals from David Braley Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre to ease tension and boost your energy.
– Pet Therapy: Spend time with the friendly, trained therapy dog Duke who is here to lift your spirits and bring joy!

Massage timeslots are 15 minutes in length. Registration is required.
