This is a Healthy Workplace event hosted by Nature at McMaster.
Take some time to reconnect with nature this spring! Join Nature at McMaster for a mindful spring hike through Cootes Paradise! This hike is open to everyone. Registration is required.
Please meet at the entrance of David Braley Athletic Centre. We will be starting our hike at the Ravine Road Trail, located behind Les Prince Hall near the Altitude Tower on the North end of McMaster’s main campus, at 12 p.m.
Please come prepared for the weather!
What to bring/wear:
- Comfortable, closed-toe, durable shoes – the terrain is hilly and may be slippery in places, please ensure that your footwear is appropriate for hiking conditions.
- Ensure you wear comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
