This live orientation for employees is focused on the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) offered by TELUS Health as part of McMaster’s extended health care benefits.


The orientation will review what the EFAP services cover and the different ways of using it.


This orientation is open to multiple organizations using the TELUS Health EFAP services so they ask that you do not share sensitive information.  Time for Questions & Answers will be available during the session.  The presentation will be recorded and the slides and recording will be shared with those who register.
