Living a healthier lifestyle often involves making small changes that can be challenging to implement without first developing a realistic and attainable plan. This session will examine what wellness means and provide simple steps to help participants set their own health goals and keep them on track for achieving their personal definitions of wellness.
Participants in this session will:
Learn about the different dimensions of wellness that contribute to their overall well being;
Become aware of ways to increase their well being and energy levels;
Identify areas where they desire change;
Find their personal motivators for improving their health; and
