This is a Thrive Week event hosted by Healthy Workplace Committee.

Join in a lunchtime winter walk, led by Adam Palmer, Healthy Workplace Committee member, on some of the beautiful trails behind our McMaster Campus, leading to Sassafras Point for views of Cootes Paradise.

Conditions will likely be snow covered and require appropriate winter footwear. If you have traction devices, please bring along as they can be helpful in winter conditions.
