We ♥ Pilates! The Healthy Workplace Committee is pleased to offer this complimentary class to McMaster faculty and staff. This 50-minuteclass is a hybrid workout combining Pilates mat work with some Yoga and Strength elements. This dynamic and engaging workout is aimed to enhance your core strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance. Mats are provided. Space is limited and registration is required.
