Education:
• Graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Masters in nutrition from McGill University
Areas of expertise:
Leah Shainhouse is a Registered Dietitian part of the NDC Nutrition at Work team. She provides one-on-one support by coaching employees from their food habits to navigating healthy relationships with food.
Leah has a vested interest in fertility, family planning, and pediatric nutrition, specifically the formative years. These are critical times, where children develop and establish food regulation, food preferences, and healthy food habits that will be taken into adulthood. She also facilitates a variety of educational seminars and cooking workshops catered to different audiences such as employees, educators, parents and children.
