Final December 2022 Electronic Pay Statements

In planning for the University Closure (December 25, 2022 – January 3, 2023, inclusive), every effort has been made proactively by the HR offices and departments to ensure payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner. We wanted to thank everyone across the University who made contributions to this critical payroll process.
To ensure any pay discrepancy is addressed before the holiday closure, please be advised that employees will be provided advance access to their electronic pay statements via Employee Self Service for the December 23, & 30 pay deposits as follows:
- Pay statements will be available Friday, December 16th, for the faculty & affiliate pay date on Friday, December 23, 2022.
- Pay statements will be available Monday, December 19th, for the staff pay date on Friday, December 30, 2022.
We encourage all employees to review their pay statements as early as they become accessible in Mosaic via Employee Self Service. Employees should contact their HR Office (Faculty of Health Sciences HR or HR Operations) no later than Tuesday, December 20, 2022, by 12:00 pm noon to ensure any necessary payroll adjustments can be made before the holiday closure. Any pay adjustments received after this time will be processed beginning January 4, 2023.
