Goal: Streamline Currency Options for Expense Reports
What’s changed: To ensure expense report entry is efficient and accounting for foreign currency is accurate, we have limited the selection of currencies to 12 currencies that are most frequently used and maintained in the system.
Goal: Expansion of the HR Reporting Hub (November 2024)
What’s changed: Based on great feedback from end users, custom reports have been created to support administrative processes in the MacPherson Institute, aimed at improving efficiency for HR data users.
Anything else I need to know: Three (3) new custom reports have been created to support HR analysis and administrative processes in the MacPherson Institute. These reports generate listings of faculty HR data including appointment type, rank, McMaster email, and contract end date.
Goal: Expansion of the HR Strategic Reporting Hub (November 2024)
What’s changed: Based on great feedback from end users, ten (10) new reports have been added to the HR Strategic Reporting Hub, aimed at improving efficiency within Human Resources Services.
Anything else I need to know: Ten (10) new reports have been added to this popular navigation collection! Seven (7) reports were created to support auditing of employee self-service (ESS) updates since expanding ESS access for name, address, email address, marital status, direct deposit, and tax data updates. One (1) report has been created to audit incorrect compensatory time enrollments. Two (2) reports have been created to audit citizenship and temporary SIN data in Mosaic HR.
