What’s changed: Added a landing page to display Time & Absence resources, information & links.
Anything Else I Need to Know: Empower the users with the tools needed to manage time and absences effectively and ensure accurate reporting.
Goal: Expansion of the HR Strategic Reporting Hub (February 2025)
What’s changed: Based on great feedback from end users, two (2) new reports have been added to the HR Strategic Reporting Hub, aimed at improving efficiency within Human Resources
Anything Else I Need to Know: Two (2) new reports have been added to this popular navigation collection! One (1) report was created to identify data quality errors that must be actioned by the HR Operations team in the auto-termination process. Another report was created to calculate SUB benefits for employees taking compassionate care leaves.
Goal: Expansion of the HR Reporting Hub (February 2025)
What’ changed: Based on great feedback from end users, custom reports have been created to support administrative processes in the School of Graduate Studies aimed at improving efficiency for HR data users.
Anything Else I Need to Know: One (1) custom query has been continuously improved to align the query with the most up-to-date business processes for HR data administrators in the School of Graduate Studies. This includes creating a specification in the Data Cookbook associated with the query, and configuring the integration of that specification with the HR Reporting Hub. This will help govern institutional knowledge in a central repository, thereby being more clear on the frequency with which this query can be run self-service (ad hoc rather than quarterly), and what data the query contains.
