Goal: Add links in MOSAIC for BI Dashboards

What’s changed: Two new links to the BI Dashboard were added to the Financial Reporting Hub – One called Procurement & Spend and the other Principal Investigator.

 

Goal: Expansion of the HR Reporting Hub

What’s changed: Based on great feedback from end users:

  1. A report has been created to audit blank or vacant supervisor positions, aimed at improving HR data quality, and;
  2. Two (2) new reports have been added to the HR Strategic Reporting Hub, aimed at improving efficiency within Human Resources Services.


Anything Else I Need to Know:

  1. One (1) query has been created to support managers and administrators of HR data to proactively identify blank or vacant reports to on positions. The reports to field represents an employee’s supervisor. Where a blank or vacant reports to exists, time and absence workflow issues can occur, creating risk for inaccuracies on employee paycheques.
  2. Two (2) new reports have been added to this popular navigation collection! One (1) report was created to support annual auditing of pay rate changes. And the second report was created to support Collective Bargaining Agreement changes related to seniority list reporting for SEIU Local 2 Hospitality staff.
