Goal: Expansion of the HR Strategic Reporting Hub

What has changed: Based on great feedback from end users, a report has been added to the HR Strategic Reporting Hub, aimed at improving efficiency and compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements within Human Resources Services.

Anything else I need to know: One new report has been added to this popular navigation collection to meet the requirements of Article 20.07 of the SEIU Hospitality collective agreement.

Goal: Chosen/Preferred Name Functionality – Screen Reader Mode

What has changed: A fix was applied to improve accessibility and allow users to access and submit changes to their Chosen/Preferred Name through Employee Self-Service.

Anything else I need to know: The fix has resolved this issue.

Goal: Recruitment Module Forgot my Username/Password

What has changed: A fix was applied to restore the ability for external applicants to reset their Usernames and Passwords within the Mosaic Recruitment module.

Anything else I need to know: It has significantly reduced the amount of manual password resets that were being requested through the Employee Contact Centre.

Goal: Expansion of the HR Reporting Hub

What has changed: Based on great feedback from end users, a report has been created to identify employees who are eligible for parking payroll deductions, aimed to improve efficiency for Parking Services and HR Operations.

Anything else I need to know: One query has been created to support Parking Services to identify active employees eligible for payroll parking deductions and current retirees. Uses will be able to run this report if an active employee requests payroll parking deductions, to determine whether or not the employee is eligible.
