Goal: Expanding the Financial Reporting Hub

What’s changed: The MM Work Order Journal Detail Query has been added to Financial Reporting Hub for end user self-service.

Anything else I need to know: There have been many requests from end user for further details on MM journals. These request used to come to finserv support and then forwarded to Facilities. Adding this query to the Financial Reporting Hub allows users quick access to the information and reduce support time on Finance and Facility staff.

Goal: Expand the HR Reporting Hub – Oct 2024

What’s changed: Based on great feedback from end users, security access has been enhanced for the missing banking report for Teaching Assistants (TA’s) and Scholarship Payment Records, aimed at improving efficiency for HR eForm submitters.

Anything else I need to know: HR eForm initiators (submitters) can now access the missing banking report for TA’s and Scholarship Payments in both the HR Reporting Hub and the TA eForm Reports and Queries Navigation Collection (NC). This report is used to monitor whether banking information has been inputted via employee self-service (ESS) by TA’s and those in receipt of scholarship payments through Payroll.

Goal: Expand the HR Strategic Reporting Hub – Oct 2024

What’s changed: Based on great feedback from end users, four (4) reports have had their security access enhanced, aimed at improving efficiency within Human Resources Services.

Anything else I need to know: Four (4) employee paycheque reports which extract earnings, deductions, and taxes data, have had their seucrity access enhanced so all Human Resources Services and Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) Human Resources team members can review employee paycheque data by a variety of prompts including pay deposit date range, employee ID, earnings code, deductions code, and department ID.
