Inspiring from Within – This year’s virtual conference will take place February 23 and 24. The theme of this year’s conference is “understanding yourself and others”. Read about the great speakers that are lined up and speak to your supervisor about attending this year’s conference.
Thrive Week Activities – Thrive is a week-long campaign (January 24 – 28, 2022) focused on helping students, faculty and staff at McMaster explore their path to psychological wellness. We encourage you to incorporate well-being activities into your daily routine. Please take some time to view resources, programs, and initiatives on our new Thrive Week website.
Prep for Tax Season – in February 2022, T4/T4A slips will be available in Mosaic. Please ensure any address changes are completed in Mosaic or through your HR Advisor by February 1, 2022. Did you Know? – February is Black History Month, an annual celebration and recognition of the ways that Black Canadians have contributed to Canada’s history and culture. Black History Month was officially recognized in Canada in 1995 when the first Black Canadian woman elected to Parliament, the Honourable Jean Augustine, introduced the motion.
