Payroll Reminder for Canada Day Administration

Following the announcement from the President and Vice-Presidents of the additional day off during Canada Day week, please note the important details related to pay administration for this week.

For those paid on July 2, 2021, employee pay statements will be available by Wednesday, June 30.

All employees are encouraged to review their pay statements and report any concerns immediately to HR.mcmaster@mcmaster.ca.

Payroll adjustment requests communicated to HR by 2:00pm on Wednesday June 30, will be corrected and an EFT issued for pay deposit on Friday, July 2 if required. Any adjustment requests received after 2:00pm on June 30 will be processed on Monday, July 5.  There will be no payroll adjustments processed on Thursday, July 1 or Friday, July 2.
