Working to improve the HR eForm experience

To support service excellence across McMaster University and drive continuous improvement, Human Resources, Data Governance, and University Technology Services teams have seamlessly integrated the University’s centralized repository for data definitions and specifications (the Data Cookbook) with the self-service reports and queries for Special Premium Payment (SPP) eForms in Mosaic HR.
This integration represents a critical step in advancing the HR analytics function at the University, by implementing data governance and data management best practices when leveraging self-service reporting tools.
Support and training on how to use the reports and queries in the SPP eForm navigation collections and the Data Cookbook are available through:
