Strategic planning helps us prepare for change, even in evolving circumstances. Managers working in complex environments cannot ‘go it alone.’ They need to tap into the wisdom of their people and engage them in strategy formulation and implementation. This hands-on interactive session will explore practical tools and processes for developing a ‘living and breathing’ strategic plan.
