In 1989, Dr. Peter Rosenbaum co-founded the award-winning CanChild Centre for Childhood Disability Research at McMaster, a health system-linked research unit now recognized world-wide for its research and dissemination activities. Today, CanChild is also the home of a tool and suite of resources for wellness in children with disabilities (indeed for all children and youth) called the F Words (Friends, Family, Fun, Function, Fitness and Future). The F Words ideas provide a flexible framework that can be used by anyone to achieve personal goals and balance work and family life.
In this webinar, Dr. Rosenbaum will join Donna Thomson in a lively chat about how to make this McMaster evidence-based tool part of your life plan for resilience and wellbeing.
We look forward to you joining us for Part One of The View on Wellness Series.
