Thrive Week at McMaster

Each year, McMaster University participates in Thrive Week, a week-long series of programs focused on helping the McMaster community improve their mental health and well-being. Thrive Week is a collaborative effort, with multiple key areas coming together from across campus to host programs for employees and students. Hosted by Human Resources Services, Student Wellness Centre, and McMaster Okanagan, with help from the McMaster Students Union and other colleagues, Thrive Week intends to give everyone at McMaster opportunities to Thrive!
