Human Resources Services is pleased to partner with Mac Mindfulness and invite faculty and staff to this free 60 minute in-person session where nature will be used to guide your thoughts and explore ways to incorporate nature into a mindfulness practice.
This session will take place outdoors in the garden at the McMaster Office of Community Engagement (8 Mayfair Crescent). If we experience any inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled to Friday, September 13 at 12 noon.
