Goal: Create an updated and more robust Applicants’ Login page

What’s changed: A new and improved applicants’ login page was created. This page has an updated look, allows the options to enable accessibility, has a responsive design and displays a link to the Collection, Use and Disclosure Statement in the footer. This new login page also displays error messages for incorrect logins and is designed to display emergency messages, like outages.

Anything else I need to know: The old applicants’ login page was using outdated features and was not rendering correctly. This was the perfect opportunity to enhance the page and improve the performance but moving it from the PeopleSoft application to the applicants web server.

Goal: Update Approver Notification for PreHire MacID eForm

What’s changed: Based on feedback from the form approvers, we have expanded the verbiage of the approver notification to provide additional instructions when approving this type of eForm.

Anything else I need to know: This enhancement will allow for smoother processing and reduce the number of duplicate IDs being created.

Goal: Update Vacation Section of Termination and Retirement eForms

What’s changed: Based on additional feedback, we have updated the verbiage on both the Termination and Retirement eForms to provide more clear and concise instructions.

Anything else I need to know: Additionally, a hyperlink to a job aid was added to assist users with how to run the Vacation Balance Report.
