Our Transformation Journey

We are on a journey to transform and modernize Human Resources Services.

In 2019, we conducted an in-depth HR Review with both internal and external experts, assessing the effectiveness of our HR processes, services, and transactions. This review identified and led to the implementation of seven key objectives aimed at improving HR processes across the university, also resulting in the OneHR operating model and the HR Governance structure in place today.

As we move forward, this work will continue through our HR Governance model. In addition, the 2023 Hire to Pay Taskforce established key HR priority initiatives, which have been incorporated into our HR Strategic Plan 2023-2027. This strategic plan will guide our efforts over the next few years.
