This event features a fantastic line up of guest presenters, engaging workshops, educational sessions and prizes, all in support of your employees’ health and well-being.

Fitness Class- Guided Meditation, 8:30 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
New to meditation but unsure where to start? This guided class benefits our stressed bodies and easily-distracted minds, while promoting a heightened state of awareness. As a grounding practice, meditation can soothe our mental state and promote more relaxed sleep. Register for this program.
Wellness Workshop- Becoming your Best Self, 10 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
How does self-awareness and introspection provide opportunities to evolve? Discover tips to promote personal and professional growth and
live your purpose with intention. A series of positive daily habits will kick-start your journey. Register for this program.
Wellness Workshop- Quick and Healthy 15 Minute Meals, 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Can healthy food be fast and delicious? Yes! These quick and easy weeknight meals will fill your plate with wholesome ingredients and have everyone asking for more. Register for this program.
Fitness Class- SH’BAM, 1 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Join the party with this energizing dance workout. Perfect for dance-challenged beginners, these simple, sassy moves are so much fun you’ll forget you’re getting a great workout too. Register for this program
Wellness Workshop: Mindful Eating, 2:30 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
Mindful eating is a practice that improves our eating experience. Eating with intention can help us make healthier choices, understand
hunger cues, and manage food cravings. Learn ways to foster a deeper appreciation and connection with nutrition, including buying, preparing, and serving food. Register for this program
Fitness Class- Low Impact Body Strength, 4 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
LIBS combines cardio, strength training, and athletic conditioning. This low-impact workout will improve your core strength and agility, leaving you feeling stronger and more energetic than ever. Register for this program
