In partnership with Athletics & Recreation, Employee Wellness Week is January 9 – 13, 2023, and offers employees a variety of free online and in-person physical activity classes. Jumping is off limits, but working hard isn’t! TABATA is a style of workout where our high intensity interval is double the amount of time of our rest (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off). We will go for whole body functional exercises to activate all muscle groups. Modifications and progressions will be provided based on the equipment you have. Find a chair, a mat, and water – Sydney will guide you through the rest!
