Fitness Class: Yoga, 8:30 a.m. Flexibility, mobility and core strength, leaving you feeling calm and
centered.
Wellness Workshop: Mindfulness, 10 a.m. With endless streams of information vying for our attention, it can be challenging to stay fully engaged and not get distracted. Mindfulness as a resource will help you focus on what is important, manage your emotions and stress, and strengthen your ability to thrive in the present moment.
Wellness Workshop: Cooking Tips and Tricks, 11:45 a.m. Finding time to prepare fresh, healthy and great-tasting meals can be
a challenge. Join us in the GoodLife Kitchen for some valuable culinary hacks to prepare and cook nutritious and cost-effective entrees. Fifteen cooking tips and a healthy recipe will be featured.
Fitness Class: Freestyle Dance Cardio, 1 p.m. Perfect for all levels of fitness: a fun, active class to get you moving and
grooving. Let loose like no one is watching!
Wellness Workshop: Ramp Up Your Resilience with Nutrition, 2:30 p.m. Stress can’t always be avoided, but nutrition can help. This empowering session provides a roadmap for building resilience by teaching you about specific foods, nutrients and herbs that can help restore balance, energy and reduce inflammation triggered by stress.
Fitness Class: Functional Strength, 4 p.m. Improve your muscular strength, stamina and flexibility. This training
program simulates functional movements from daily life activities, and is great for all levels of fitness.
