In partnership with McMaster’s Centre for Continuing Education and Hoame Meditation Studio, we are pleased to offer this free meditation session.
Meditation is the transformation of the mind. Meditative practices can be traced back thousands of years originating in the east and moving across our globe to the west. There are many different types and styles – but all have proven mental, emotional and physical benefits. Join us on this 30 minute meditative journey where you can expect to explore different meditation techniques, styles, as well as experience complimentary strategies like movement, energy work, breath work, sound and more. Suitable for all levels. Wear comfortable clothing.
