This one-hour Zoom session will investigate how our mental health is impacted by our personal finances and offer some guidance and support for individuals who would like to adapt their spending habits and their ways of thinking about money. The seminar will have an interactive element where participants are welcome (but not required) to provide their ideas and brainstorm about mental health and financial fitness.
This seminar will introduce tools, tips, and strategies to help you alleviate stress when it comes to your finances. At the end of the session, you will be able to develop a plan that fits your financial situation, whether you are a graduate student or in your early to mid-career.
