This fifty minute Zoom session will provide guests with an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation. The session will include information on the benefits and science behind mindfulness meditation. This will be followed by a guided meditation, as well as further practical applications to daily life. Finally, attendees will learn about the negative stress cycle, and how mindfulness can help us choose a healthier response to stress.
