PARTICIPACTION PROGRAM

The McMaster Healthy Workplace Committee will be participating in ParticipACTION.

ParticipACTION is a challenge to all McMaster employees to get up and get moving, in order to help make Hamilton “Canada’s Most Active Community.”

How to get involved:

• Download the ParticipACTION App on your smart phone or visit the website
• Sign yourself up with the McMaster postal code (L8S 4L8) and start tracking your healthy active minutes.
• Get outside and get active!

Please note that you will be signing up as an individual. Your healthy active minutes will go towards the community whose postal code you have submitted.

The McMaster Healthy Workplace Committee will be offering events at multiple campus locations for those who wish to get active. We will also be sending a variety of healthy resources to all who sign up. Check out our events below!
