This fifty minute Zoom session will further investigate practical application of mindfulness meditation. Attendees will learn about how the use of mindfulness meditation will improve resilience and self-compassion while preventing burnout. Daily practises such as informal mindfulness practises, mindful breathing, and mindful listening will be explained, and mini-mindfulness techniques to declutter and destress the mind will be investigated in detail. Finally, attendees will focus their practises on compassionate meditation.
