This free virtual session is organized by the Canadian Mental Health Association Hamilton and is designed to help you understand and manage the unique stress that comes with the holiday season. Participants will explore the common sources of stress, including high expectations, busy schedules, and the pressure to “do it all.” Participants will also explore practical coping strategies for setting realistic expectations, prioritizing self-care, and maintaining mental well-being.
By the end of the session, you will learn concrete strategies to help you navigate the season with more ease, peace, and joy, allowing you to focus on what truly matters.
*Please note: registered participants will receive the Zoom link from Eventbrite on the morning of the event—both 3 hours and 15 minutes before the start time.
